Position: Sales/ Business Development Account Manager - Print (Clothing)
Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the UK and not require sponsorship)
Salary: DOE (£25,000 - £40,000+ commission)
Join a successful sales and customer service team within the print sector (clothing.) They are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a team environment.
A knowledge of personalised clothing or garment printing and techniques such as DTG, embroidery, transfer and sublimination is highly desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key client relationships while addressing new leads to build additional clientele.
- Handle inbound sales and customer service inquiries, including assessing business needs, reviewing design files, and aligning with client budgets.
- Oversee and nurture current client accounts.
- Prepare quotes, calculate margins, and utilize proven sales techniques to drive account growth.
- Collaborate with your team in a fast-paced, professional setting.
Experience Needed
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales and customer service.
- Experience within the print sector
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
- Interest or passion for the printing industry.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
