Legal Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to work for us in our specialist legal team.

About the role:

In this Legal Recruitment Consultant role you'll join an experienced and high performing team who are growing to match their market which is incredibly busy.

You will be responsible for finding the best people for your clients and providing a better experience for your candidates than the average recruiter. You will be building a network of talented candidates in the legal market across all disciplines and matching their skills, abilities and personalities to the roles available across the thriving law industry.

About you:

You will ideally have relevant experience of recruiting in the legal market or be working in house in a law firm at the moment. Hopefully you will be brilliant at building relationships and selling on the phone. In addition, you'll need super customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations.

In terms of salary, inevitably it depends on your experience but ranging from £27,000 - £33,000 annually. Where you can add to that is with our uncapped bonus scheme, and our team members are seeing great wins from that at the moment!
