Catering Cook

This is an exciting opportunity to work at Brightons vibrant seafront and be part of a friendly community. We serve fresh hot and cold food to a high standard to the public. We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, friendly and hard working member of staff. Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role, be highly organised, ensure you have high standards of food hygiene, have excellent customer service and social skills. You should be customer focused and have a can do attitude and have a basic food knowledge. In return we can offer flexibility in working hours, and a fun and unique place to work.

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
