Are you a Private Fee Earner looking for a long term role for an extremely well established and very reputable company that have 4 offices and continue to grow?

This is a varied role where you will undertake a variety of fee earning work, working both independently and as a member of the team and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the department. Typical tasks can include Drafting of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Trust and Estate Administration, Court of Protection and Inheritance Tax Planning.

This role would suit someone with good 'hands on' private client experience in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and Trust and Estate Administration, as well as having excellent client facing skills with the ability to nurture existing clients and third-party relationships as well as the ability to help develop new business.

The Role

• To maintain existing relations with the firm's clients and assist and help develop new relationships.
• Drafting of Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Trust and Estate Administration, Court of Protection, Inheritance Tax Planning.

The Person

• Good 'hands on' private client experience in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney and Trust and Estate Administration.
• Excellent client facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients and third-party relationships as well as the ability to help develop new business.
