Operational management: If its broken can you find the solution? Managing food wait times and customer expectations.

Inventory and supply chain management: Always on top of all stock, know whats in the walk in! Know who to call if something hasnt turned up!

Performance monitoring and development: Able to have those tricky conversations, big people up, recognize the superstars and push them to their full potential.

Get it done attitude: Service is fast and at times intense. If you are someone who thrives under pressure without losing your attention to detail and standards then we want you!!!!
