We are looking for a Design & Sales Consultant to join our bathroom showroom in Oxford.

About the role

Our Design & Sales Consultants create bathrooms that exceed our client’s every expectation. From understanding the client to understanding the huge range of products and technical skill involved in bathroom design, our Design & Sales Consultants must be creative, personable and proactive problem-solvers. Key responsibilities

• Develop and build sales, taking advantage of all opportunities that exist from visitors to the showroom or other direct enquiries
• Promote and provide the Ripples design service by following the Ripples sales procedure including arranging home visits, preparing designs, preparing quotations, presenting those designs and closing sales in a timely manner
• Be part of the team and assist with the development of more junior Sales & Design Consultants
• Ensure a high-standard showroom experience, from meeting and greeting potential clients to helping to design new showroom displays

• You will be sales-orientated and driven to help achieve the showroom’s sales targets
• You will be a good ambassador for the Ripples brand, working in an efficient and professional manner
