Support Worker
A valid driving license and access to your own car is essential for this post
Salary: Starting at £12.00 per hour
Job Type: Permanent full and part time
Work Pattern Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Work Pattern Week 2: Wed, Thurs
Annual Leave: 20 days pro rata.
Benefits: Pension, Referral Scheme, 35p per mile Mileage Payment, 2 Free Uniforms. Guaranteed minimum hours paid. PVG Scheme refunded. Mobile Phone.
Lica Homecare Ltd is a Homecare company based in Lanark and working with Service users in the South Lanarkshire area. To deliver the high standard of care that all of our service users deserve we are focused on making sure our staff feel valued and listened to. All levels within our company would like to foster an environment of open communication to encourage the free flow of ideas and discussion in a friendly and constructive manner.
Our motto is “Care @ Home to Stay @ Home” to achieve this we aim to deliver person centred care enabling all our service users to live in their own homes for as long as possible. All our care is delivered according to the practices laid out in the SSSC Codes of Practice. Duties may include but are not limited to:-
Washing, Dressing, Bathing and Toileting.
Medication assisting and administering.
Preparing and Cooking meals.
Maintaining appropriate records.
