Contract Support Manager

Our client, based in Somerset, is currently recruiting for a Contract Support Manager on a 6-month temporary – fixed term contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on your experience and salary for the role is £35,196 + £2400 car allowance (pro rata’d).

The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing contracts, working within grounds maintenance and monitoring KPIS/other contractual data.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting the delivery of large-scale grounds maintenance contracts across the South-West of England, including Bristol, Bath and Somerset
• Overseeing extra contracts including cleaning, window cleaning and waste removal
• Managing contractors completing works
• Arranging and attending contract review/progress meetings
• Preparing and presenting KPI and other contract data
• Monitoring and reviewing contract performance against specification

Requirements:

• Experience of client-side grounds maintenance contract management.
• Experience of managing cleaning, window cleaning and waste management contracts
• Prior experience in the Housing or Local Authority sector
• Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation and experience of managing contractor compliance with safety requirements
