Senior Surveyor / Associate Partner – Commercial Property & Asset Management

Madison Berkeley are thrilled to once again be working with a long established West End property consultancy who manage central London commercial office buildings on behalf of institutional investors, property companies and HNWI’s. This impressive business and outgoing team prides itself on developing long term relationships with their valued clients managing the end to end property management but also advising on strategic value add opportunities.

The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner before taking on an allocated portfolio for themselves to provide a full portfolio overview, day to day & operational management. The role will be varied and require a qualified surveyor to take on full commercial property management duties along with genuine exposure to asset management tasks unlocking value add opportunities. You’ll need to be fully competent managing service charges, dealing with licences, assignments, refurbishment projects, lease management and ensuring all statutory compliance and data is recorded.

The portfolios under management are varied but largely consist of central London office buildings, single & multi-let, retail space and some light industrial, you’ll be supported by an APC graduate along with an outsourced FM partner.
