Senior Paid Media Manager


Position: Senior Paid Media Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus

Location: London

A leading retail group is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to drive paid media activity across multiple brands and territories, focusing on high-quality customer acquisition aligned with business KPIs.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of specialists across affiliate, organic, paid search, and paid social channels for multiple brands.
  • Develop and evolve performance marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Own paid media KPIs, assessing results and optimising activity.
  • Manage spend and performance for the Paid Media team.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with key media owners and tech partners to maximise value and support.
  • Oversee the tech stack within the Paid Media team and recommend improvements.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing paid media channels (Meta, Google, Bing).
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management and optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in budget ownership, media planning, and forecasting.
  • Innovative mindset with a track record of testing and improving current processes.
