Rapidly growing brand that thrives on being one step ahead in everything they do, they are established on the high street and are accelerating growth into the Grocers with recent listings in JS and Morrisons, to assist with this growth we are looking for an ambitious account manager.

The National Account Manager will play a key role within the Commercial Team, working with the Head of Sales to drive profitable growth of both the current portfolio and new business.

The Role:


Key responsibilities for this role include:


  • Drive the promotional program to include revenue, trade spend, and promotion activation details including timing, mechanics, and forecasted amount sold on deal
  • Develop and continuously improve customer Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and investment plans with a pay-for-performance mindset
  • Collaborate with the Marketing teams to facilitate best-in-class category strategies and activation.
  • Completion of relevant customer admin with the Sales Admin Team in a timely and right-first-time manner (Samples, New Line Forms, Artwork, Purchase Orders)
  • Complete promotional pre and post-evaluation (to include commentary and proof of execution) and optimisation in conjunction with the Commercial Manager throughout the year to drive ROI


The Person:


  • Highly analytical, with a data-driven, results-oriented approach. Experienced in setting & measuring KPIs and using insight to inform future iterations.
  • A brilliant collaborator, capable of working with the wider Commercial/Supply team & extended team to flawlessly execute your plans.
  • A source of positive energy with a can-do attitude, comfortable in the fast-paced environment of a scale-up business
  • A whizz on Excel and the ability to use other Microsoft programs
  • Be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial and financial situations
  • A meticulous planner, capable of organising & running complex integrated projects.
  • Naturally curious, it is crucial that you can take the initiative when faced with any obstacle to solve problems and overcome blockers


Good to have:


  • Commercial experience within the FMCG sector
  • Forecasting, sales, and negotiation experiences
  • Experience working on Retailer sales platforms
  • Experience in health & beauty
