Job Description

London Based - Hybrid Working - Day Rate - Immediate Start

Must Have: Asana, Excel, and Gantt charts.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of marketing projects. You will assist the Project Manager in managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring effective communication with senior stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, project coordination experience, and confidence in managing large budgets.


Key Responsibilities:



Project Coordination:

  • Support the coordination of multiple marketing projects and workstreams, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools such as Asana, Excel, and Gantt chart
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Budgeting:
  • Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, share updates, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Project Management Tools:
  • Utilise project management tools such as Asana and Excel to track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a project coordination or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing terminology and basic budgeting concepts.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Excel, and Gantt charts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across different cultures and adapt to regional requirements.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on delivering results.
