Account Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a growing field.

The opportunity:

As an account executive in feed services, you will play a key role in resolving client queries, managing requests through Jira Service Desk, provide exceptional support to our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team, learning the intricacies of data feeds, shopping feed optimisations, utilising tools such as Feedonomics and gain an understanding of various aspects of client management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Resolve client queries and issues raised via Service Desk and/or email, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Proactively pick up tasks and manage them to completion, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Independently respond to client queries, providing clear and helpful information.
• Participate in client meetings and take meeting minutes.
• Learn and apply knowledge about data feed, shopping feed optimisations and industry trends.
• Assist in the optimisation and management of shopping feeds, including those intended for Google Merchant Centre, Meta, etc.
• Assist and over time take over building, optimising and manipulating data feeds within Feedonomics.
• Collaborate and support senior team members in dealing with reporting, invoicing, service delivery.
• Continuously work towards enhancing and growing your skills, actively asking for support when needed.

What we want from you:

• A keen interest in learning about shopping feed management and service.
• Basic understanding of Feedonomics or a willingness to learn.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently.

If you know some of this, even better:

• Previous experience in client-facing role within digital or e-commerce environments.
• Understanding of e-commerce environment, shopping channels.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar system
