In thisLettings Property Managerrole, youll take full responsibility for managing and overseeing the entire lettings portfolio. From new lets and valuations to managing repairs and gas certifications, youll ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll be engaging with clients and providing exceptional customer service.


The package

• Up to £26,000 basic salary per annum + OTE
• Monday to Friday 9:00 17:00 + 1 in 2 Sat 9:00 12:00 (open to negotiation to be flexible with this)
• Generous holiday allowance

The Lettings Property Manager role

• Oversee and manage the entire lettings portfolio, ensuring smooth operations from new lets to ongoing property management
• Conduct valuations, manage repairs, and oversee gas certification compliance
• Provide front-of-house service, handling enquiries, supporting tenants and landlords, and managing client relationships
• Maintain the companys sales conversion rate and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, with room to expand your role into property sales management
• Utilise a strong database and leverage technology to streamline property management processes

The person

• A full driving license and access to own vehicle (essential)
• Professional, efficient and highly motivated
• Highly skilled at handling discussions with tenants, landlords, and contractors to achieve the best outcomes
• Keen eye for detail and can manage multiple properties and processes effectively
