Job Description

We have partnered with an exciting contemporary fashion and accessories brand, who require an assistant within the People & Talent team, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a brand through a significant period of expansion.


Within this role you will support the People and Talent and Retail team with administration to ensure smooth flow of recruitment, policies and procedures. You will also drive and manage specific head office special projects and events.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all administration and documents required through the recruitment and onboarding process, and appraisal reviews.

Manage smooth running of new starters onboarding, to ensure a warm engaging welcome to the brand, with Hr and cross departmentally.

Liase with payroll to ensure accurate documentation for all new starters.

Writing job descriptions, and advertisements, posting, screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews, reference checks, and drafting offers

Building a network of potential candidates through different channels and locations

Attending job fairs and working with colleges and universities to generate qualified applicants

Project managing ad-hoc special projects.

Support with all recruitment processes from initial JD, through to advertisement management and arranging interviews.


Requirements:

Retail experience

Excellent communication skills

Excellent administration and Microsoft skills

Calm, level-headed and professional.
