Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Trade Marketing Manager to work for a well-established Manchester based FMCG business with exciting growth plans. Working in the Brand Management team, as part of the wider Marketing function, this is a great role for a talented and ambitious consumer marketing professional. You will support the promotion of their brands in the UK retail sector and you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing trade marketing campaigns to enhance the brands position in the market, ultimately driving sales and having a direct impact on bottom line profits.


The role:


• Collaborating with the Senior Brand Manager to align strategies

• Assisting in the development of trade marketing plans

• Supporting negotiations and promotional agreements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners

• Executing trade promotions

• Assisting the commercial team to support retailer meetings

• Work with the insights team to conduct market research and analysis

• Managing the trade market budget

• Collab alongside external agencies and suppliers for the production of trade marketing materials



What are they looking for?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG or wine industry.

• Strong understanding of the UK retail sector and wine market.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
