Position: Class 1 Driver (LGV C+E Days)

• Expected Hours per Week: 50

Pay

£16.00 per hour

Duration: 2 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 1 (LGV C+E) vehicles safely and efficiently, following all road safety regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects.
• Transport goods to designated locations as per delivery schedule.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring they are safely secured and handled with care.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs.
• Communicate effectively with the transport team regarding any delays or issues.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (LGV C+E) driving license.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and Digital Tachograph card.
• Previous experience as a Class 1 Driver is preferred.
• Good understanding of UK road regulations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
