Team Leader - Property Manager

This role offers a comprehensive insight into leadership within the property management sector. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll collaborate closely with your Senior Team Leader and Director, who will set quarterly KPI targets and bonuses for your team, driving them towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve first-stage complaints.
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to improve property management operations.
  • Support the recruitment process for the property management team.
  • Identify, report, and escalate serious complaints as necessary.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment for your team.
  • Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
  • Perform regular performance evaluations, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the property management industry.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in residential property management at a senior level.
  • ARLA qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing conflict and solving problems effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
