Cost Manager

Cost Manager - I currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Cost Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly-expanding construction consultancy, specialising within the fit out sector, based in the Milton Keynes area.

As a Cost Manager you will be responsible for running accounts/projects from start to finish, including taking the lead on liaising with clients & subcontractors, compiling cost reports, face to face meetings throughout projects, directing other junior members of the team and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.

The starting basic salary for the Cost Manager/Senior QS is £65-70k and benefits include 27 days holiday + bank holidays, 6% company pension contribution, work phone and laptop, hybrid working 2-3 days per week, vitality healthcare, 40p per mile travel allowance and an excellent opportunity to progress within the company.

You must have worked on JCT Design and Build previously as this will be integral to your day to day work, previous consultancy experience is desirable and prior fit out experience within the retail sector is a must. Please get in touch if the opportunity sounds of interest to yourself.
