Sales Coordinator

I have just picked up an extremely exciting new role!

My client is a UK-based charity focusing on sustainable development and youth leadership. They run volunteer programs in various countries where participants work on community projects, environmental conservation, and personal development.

After great success, we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team and help drive sign-ups.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert potential customers aged 17-24 into committed Venturers for their programmes in various Expedition countries.

This role offers a huge degree of flexible and remote working, and the opportunity to travel to some of these destinations and participate in the activities. It will be a hybrid model between working from home and being out on the road visiting schools & universities, so it is essential that you hold a clean and valid British drivers licence and a car.

The role requires active outreach, relationship building, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the application process. This will involve converting inbound online leads (easy sales job!!) and traveling to schools and universities, primarily in the South East, to deliver talks and engage with potential Venturers. You’ll also be responsible for following up with leads to ensure a seamless experience and successful conversions.

Location: UK. Remote working, ideally based in areas around the South East, London, Greater London

Contract: Full time

Salary: £23,000 + Commission (Uncapped and estimated a realistic extra amount of £5,000 - £10,000 in comms!)
