CONTRACTS CLEANING MANAGER | £50K PER ANNUM, PLUS CAR ALLOWANCE| PERMANENT | LONDON | DAYS/NIGHTS | HYBRID


Our client is a leading provider of Strategically Outsourced Services operating across the UK. They are recognised experts in a range of services to clients in local authorities, public transport, aviation and construction market sectors, as well as private sector businesses.


We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Contracts Cleaning Manager who will play an integral part and be the operational lead across several sites in London within transportation and be the driving force for excellent cleaning delivery across the Contract.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage, support and guide the cleaning teams in the on-going operation and development of the services to ensure exceptional service levels, client satisfaction and continuous improvement to client and service users. Collaborate with your teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual agreements. Manage and oversee all planning, rota management, staffing levels and payroll to deliver the Contract within financial and operational budgets. Ensure quality audits, H&S, policies and procedures and compliance is monitored and maintained.


This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual with great leadership skills, as well as a passion for developing their team and instilling ‘best practice’, who likes to be hands-on.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Contract Cleaning Manager within FM or transportation of at least 3 years.


QUALIFACATIONS:


  • Contract management and delivery skills.
  • Cleaning and service delivery experience.
  • Willingness to attain various certifications and accreditations to align with the role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful operational management.
  • Be flexible, as the role requires both day and night working, as required.
  • Attend multiple sites, across all shift patterns on an ad-hoc basis to engage with ‘out of hours’ teams and colleagues.
