Employment Law Associate/ Senior Solicitor Opportunity - Northampton - Legal 500 firm

About the Company:

I am recruiting on behalf of a Legal 500 Law firm who are seeking a permanent, full-time Employment Solicitor to join their Northampton office.

Are you confident and able to work independently handling your own caseload through to completion? Are you willing to mentor and guide junior colleagues.

About the Role:

Do you have experience in the following areas:

• Assisting with data protection compliance.
• Representing clients in employment tribunals.
• Playing an integral advisory role with a variety of projects (including re-structuring, changing terms and conditions of employment, and large-scale redundancy exercises),
• Providing strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes,
• Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters,

Requirements:

• Are you Associate/ Senior level?
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
