Retail Agent - Boutique Central London Agency

Madison Berkeley is excited to be working exclusively with one of the UK's top boutique retail agency's specialising in the retail and leisure markets. They offer and end-end service across investment, agency, and lease advisory and are now looking to grow the team. They are looking for a senior surveyor level agent to join the business to primarily focus on the agency and lease advisory arm. They are looking for someone with ideally retail agency experience but are open to people who have a passion for retail but come from a different sector. They are a fun, hard working team who are passionate about building long term relationship with their clients.

Some of the key responsibilities will induce:

• Manage day-day leasing across a selection of agency instructions. Reporting directly into our Landlord clients.
• Procuring offers and handling negotiations with prospective tenants.
• Growing your own personal network of agents within the industry, using this to develop new leads for the business and clients.
• Undertake site inspections.
• Handling rent review and lease renewal negotiations.

Candidates will ideally have a passion for retail, food & beverage and leisure sectors with an understanding of development, lease restructuring, and creative & value add opportunities.
