Location: London, Stoke and Reading - Negotiable

Job Description


The Communications & Engagement Lead will play a crucial role in translating our employee value proposition into meaningful actions and positive outcomes for our large, geographically diverse workforce.


This role involves supporting engagement across the entire account, assisting operational management teams with the delivery of improvement and action plans derived from people surveys.


Additionally, the Communications & Engagement Lead will provide in-role coaching and guidance to operational managers on people and engagement processes, and support the rollout and embedding of the staff pathway training.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate information flow between the client and ISS staff and teams

• Deliver messaging from both client and ISS sides

• Formulate strategies to improve the working environment for ISS staff

• Lead account communications, including newsletters and ISS updates

• Manage stakeholder communications

• Administer and manage surveys using the Audium system to gather and analyse data

• Lead rewards and recognition initiatives, including staff awards


Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Customer Service / Receptionist experience

• Good stakeholder management

• Experience in an office environment

• Enthusiasm about the role and offering ideas
