We are recruiting a Yard Sales Operative for a leading Building Supplies company. Ideally someone with experience within the builders' merchants sector in a Yard Assistant / Yard operative and/or yard or warehouse experience. FLT experience would be required.

This is a customer facing role, you would be the 1st point of contact in greeting customers, interacting with customers and helping with the order.

As a Yard Assistant / Yard Operative the role will involve an element of manual handling, as well as using equipment to load and unload deliveries, interacting with customers and make sure they are satisfied, ensuring the yard is kept presented to a high standard. There is always plenty to do and a variety of jobs so it is important the candidate can use initiative and is able to manage their time sufficiently.
