Document Controller

Your new company
Working for a construction company who are currently assisting with work in the Dockyard. The role is expected to last around 6 months but could be extended.
The successful candidate will need to be BPSS cleared prior to starting and be happy to undertake a basic DBS check.
The role is paying £20 per hour.
Monday-Friday-8 hours per day.

Your new role

• Creating document templates
• Converting information from project teams into user-friendly documents
• Numbering and labelling documents for identification and reference
• Scanning, copying and distributing documents to project team members and stakeholders
• Tracking documents to maintain confidentiality
• Reviewing documents and making revisions for accuracy
• Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements
• Training document specialists and other employees on document systems

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of 4 Projects / Trimble as their primary function will be uploading drawings to this system.
Previous strong document controller experience

What you'll get in return
Good rate of pay equal to £38,400 salary per year.
