Service Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a key role on behalf of our client, where your expertise will be essential in maintaining, repairing, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities for a Service Engineer

Perform full servicing and repairs on a range of equipment.

Analyse and report equipment failures, determining appropriate corrective actions.

Document all findings, actions, and parts used on service/repair spreadsheets, including customer details.

Support stock movement processes, ensuring efficient use of parts.

Provide technical product and application support to customers.

Offer customer training for service and repair procedures, when required.

Respond to customer technical queries, including site visits if necessary.

Assist with warehouse functions (goods in/out) and maintain stock levels.

Key skills for a Service Engineer

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers.

Electrical engineering experience

FGAS registered desirable
