Job Title: Part Time learning Support Practitioner
Location:Minehead, Somerset
Salary:£18,043.47 - £19,647.77 (FTE £24,378.00 - £26,582.00)
Hours: 32 Hours per week
Contract:Term time plus additional days and training (42 weeks per year)
We are currently seeking a Part Time Learning Support Practitioner to join a specialistcollege and training hotel for young people with learning disabilities situated in Minehead.
The main purpose of the role:
As aLearning SupportPractitioneryour role will be to assist students in the residential houses and at at the training Hotel, to help achieve the companies mission which is to equip young adultswith learning disabilities to find sustainable employment in the hospitality sector and to live independently
The role does require all successful candidates to be able to work a mixture of shifts, 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm and 10am-6pm on a 2 week rota pattern.

Successful candidate qualities:
- Experience in a similar role desirable but training can be provided for the right candidate
- Experience in supporting in the care or education industry
- Desirablean understanding of working with people with a disability
- Level 2 in English and Maths
- DesirableLevel 3 qualification in education or care
