Currently seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent in Milwaukee Wisconsin.
Must have ground up General Contracor experience on projects $5MM+. Government work experience is a plus but not required. Immediate interviews.

Qualifications:
- The Lead Superintendent must have a minimum of 7 years of field experience on mid-large construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M+ in size.
- Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type
- Proficiency with safety procedures
- Extensive managerial and people skills
- Materials procurement
- Supervision of self-performed work
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Line & Grade experience
- Foreman experience
- In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems
- May require appropriate Craft Certifications
