This is a flat rate pay position with two bonus tiers! Start getting paid based on your abilities and not a time clock. Immediate full time openings are available!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and repair full frame and unibody structural damage
- Work as a team to assure CSI scores remain at or above industry standards
- Perform service efficiently and according to dealership guidelines
- Follow manufacturer's repair procedures
- Follow safeguards, rules and regulations
- Coordinate with Refinish Technicians to maintain efficiencies
- Document work on E-checklists
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of one year of automotive collision repair experience
- I-CAR certifications a plus
- Valid driver license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
- A high level of motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
