About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Housing to join our Local Authority client on a temporary basis. This role involves leading the housing department, managing staff, and overseeing the delivery of housing services to meet local and national standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage housing services and staff.
• Develop and implement housing strategies and policies.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and legislation.
• Manage budgets effectively and provide strategic advice to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven senior housing management experience.
• Strong understanding of housing legislation and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications and experience preferred.
