Role Overview:

We are seeking a Community Engagement Manager who will lead the execution of SECURE | CYBER CONNECTs membership engagement strategy and assist in the growth and development of the community.

As a Key Part of SECURE | CYBER CONNECT'sEngagement & Distribution Team, the Community Engagement Manager role will require a customer service focus paired with a research & analytical mindset to develop models for understanding SECURE | CYBER CONNECTs COMMUNITY.

Skills & Experience of Marketing & Communications Manager would include:

• Experience within the Cyber Security Sector (preferably within a Marketing or Administrative role)
• Proven Background & Experience in Membership or Community Management/ Development / Demand Generation / PR, Communication, Marketing, Events or other related areas.
• Experience working with Technology, Security, CISOs or other C-Level Executives.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a meticulous attention to detail, strong organisation skills, & ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-Starter who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic start-up environment with an outstanding ability to multi-task and tackle tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Serving as a Main Point of Contact for theSECURE | CYBER CONNECT COMMUNITYMembers & consistently Facilitating Engagement Strategies to Maintain & Improve Member Satisfaction.
• Developing & Executing on Membership & Affiliate Strategy, Programs & Activities.
• Demand Generation Activities - Social Media Posts, Poll, Systematic Email Campaigns & Appointment Setting.
• Identifying Collaborative Opportunities that keeps Members returning to our SECURE | CYBER CONNECTPlatform to Ensure Members of the Community are Actively Engaged.
• Working with the Leadership Team to Provide Content for SECURE | CYBER CONNECT Talks, Interviews, Panel Discussions, Masterclasses & Podcast Sessions
• Help to Develop Marketing Campaign Plans for Target Audiences, Informed by Analysis, for Key Initiatives
• Daily Moderation in the SECURE | CYBER CONNECT COMMUNITYPlatform to promote consistent engagement
• Miscellaneous Activities Supporting Back-Office Functions.
