About the Role:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.

- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance, ensuring cost control and efficiency.

- Proven experience as an Assistant/Deputy/General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
