Key responsibilities of General Manager:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage budgeting, financial performance, and inventory control to drive profitability.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and enhance guest loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment, following all health and safety regulations.

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
