Job Description

Our client based in Gloucester are currently seeking a Credit Controller to join their team on a 6-month temporary basis with the option of going permanent should you wish to.


The main purpose of the role is the efficient and effective management of customer debts ensuring timely payments are received, the processing of incoming funds, reconciliation of customer accounts, resolution of account queries and ownership of the credit management process.


Candidate Attributes:

- Previous experience working within Credit Control

- Ability to work on own initiative and a willingness to learn

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise with a "can do" attitude

- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines


Flexible hybrid working -

The Head Office is in Gloucester and the successful candidate would need to be able to easily commute to Gloucester. The company support hybrid working after initial training.

Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8-5.30pm with an hour for lunch.


Salary £12.50 per hour
