Electrical Maintenance Engineer

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Electrician

LOCATION: St. James Quarter, Edinburgh

SHIFT PATTERN: Mon-Fri, Shifts: 7-4pm, 8-5pm and 10-7pm.

- 1 Weekend cover in 5 & on call (paid £12 per day + OT if called out)

SALARY: Up to £42,000 per annum

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

Electrician based on site within a team of operatives undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of Electrical equipment and building fabric within a retail property environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Electrical time served apprenticeship or equivalent
• City & Guilds 2382 17th or 18th Edition of the IET Wiring regulations
• Evidence of high-quality experience in Building Services.
• Sound level of administration and organisational skills
• Previous experience of working within a team
• Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
• Resides geographically near to job site and available for call out

• Knowledge and use of computer software Microsoft Office, Building Management System,
