The Role: Were looking for a talented Property Claims Handler (Adjusting Executive) to join our successful Home Claims team. You'll work closely with our loss adjusters, handling domestic claims up to £100k in value. Your role will be crucial in settling claims promptly and fairly, ensuring customer satisfaction while protecting the reputations of our company and our insurer clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims lifecycle
• Support adjusters in managing claims, ensuring accuracy and prompt settlements
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Identify and address customer vulnerabilities with care and consideration
• Assist on-site with tasks like minute taking, action plan preparation, and more

What Were Looking For:

• Cert CILA/Cert CII or a commitment to attain within the first year
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competent IT skills and the ability to maintain high-standard electronic files
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage correspondence and enquiries independently
