What will you be doing?

This role is about so much more than just putting properties on the marketyoull be the face of our company, helping people find the perfect place to call home. Every day brings a new challenge, and no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will include:

• Listing and Marketing Properties: Youll ensure that each property in our portfolio is perfectly positioned to attract the right tenants. Think creative listings and innovative marketing strategies.

• Ensuring Properties Are Ready for Move-In: Youll make sure every property is compliant and in tip-top shape for new tenants to move in smoothly.

• Handling Enquiries & Viewings: From the first phone call to handing over the keys, youll guide potential tenants through every step of the journey.

• Managing Offers & Applications: This is where your organisational skills shine. Youll manage the lettings progression, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

• Working Alongside Our Lettings Manager: You wont be going it alone. Our experienced team is here to support you, helping you grow your skills and career.

What skills do you need?

To be successful in this role, youll need to bring your A-game. Were looking for someone with:

• Excellent Communication Skillswhether youre dealing with tenants, contractors, or team members, youll need to be clear, friendly, and professional.

• A Passion for Customer Serviceyou love going the extra mile to make sure people are happy, and you understand the importance of a great tenant experience.

• Lettings/Property Management Experienceideally, youve been in the industry for at least two years and know the ins and outs of lettings like the back of your hand.
