KSB Recruitment is seeking an experienced butcher on behalf of a busy, well-established client in the South Norwich area.

As a butcher, youll be at the heart of a dynamic environment where your skills will directly contribute to the quality and reputation of the products offered. This role requires more than just technical proficiency; it demands a passion for the craft, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting. Whether its breaking down whole carcasses, preparing specialty cuts, or crafting artisan sausages, your expertise will be crucial in delivering top-tier products to discerning customers.

Role Overview:

• Work with whole carcasses, expertly preparing a variety of cuts.
• Present and display meat attractively in a retail environment.
• Create high-quality sausages and provide meat for bakery use, including pie fillings.
• Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Work alongside four other skilled butchers in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

• 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, including weekends.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a butcher.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Strong customer-facing skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in sausage making and understanding of meat preparation for baked goods.
