This role sits predominantly within our Business & Industry division, catering for those within the workplace. Taking care of catering and dining services, we're one of the industry's largest and most innovative contract caterers. With menus available to pre-order and with in-app payment, Elior B&I have matched the tastes and dietary requirements of our four million daily customers with 21st-century tech.

This is a remote position, traveling between East and West of North England. Car allowance and Mileage provided.

What you'll be doing...

As an Operaional Support Manager you will proactively manage teams as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Motivating and managing teams
• Controlling and managing budgets creating a platform for financial growth
• Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence, retain business and innovative menu planning

In this role, you will support sites in our Business & Industry, Education, and Concessions!

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend work)
