Construction Planner / Senior Planner

Client: Tier 1 Main Contractor

Derbyshire Based

£70 - £85k NEG DOE + Level (plus Package)

• My client is a well known and well respected Tier 1 main contractor
• They are looking to expand their existing team with the addition of 1, possibly 2 Planners
• Planners of different levels will be considered - Planner / Senior Planner
• Salary on offer circa £70 - £85k NEG DOE + Level (plus Package)
• Packages include car allowance or company vehicle + healthcare + extra holiday for long service + pension inc 6% company contribution going to up to 9%. Plus discretionary annual bonus
• Their projects are varied - values on average £23m - £110m each and include new build multi-room high-rises / student accommodation / build-to-rent residential + education / schools and others.
• The ideal candidate would have experience in similar project types & values from a main contracting background (though candidates from a developer background with high-rise experience also considered)
• Ability to handle a £60m project on their own
• Whilst the client would prefer to take people on on a permanent basis, temp to perm and standout freelance candidates also considered.
• Projects will likely be focused around the midlands - but possibly North London, Norfolk etc away so rare overnight stays may be required.
• The role will initially be office based inc site visits as required but as the role develops there may be some flexibility on 1-2 days WFH.
• Candidates should be able to provide verifiable work references
