Overview:

Our client is expanding our SME division and seeking field-based Business Development Managers to bring our innovative payment products to market. Key Responsibilities:


  • Territory Management: Independently manage and develop your designated territory on a daily basis.
  • Prospecting: Engage high-value prospects through LinkedIn, data sources, cold calling, and consistent door-to-door outreach.
  • Client Targeting: Focus on SME businesses with annual card turnovers in a specific range.
  • Meetings: Conduct regular meetings, both face-to-face and virtually, to drive sales.
  • Sales Opportunities: Proactively create and book sales opportunities by following a structured sales process.
  • Account Management: Retain and upsell to clients, aiming to expand their use of our products.
  • CRM Management: Efficiently manage your CRM and sales pipeline to meet conversion goals.
  • Revenue Goals: Target clients to meet monthly revenue expectations.
  • Customer Onboarding: Complete customer applications, guide them through the activation process, and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver products and maintain exceptional customer service.
