Senior Social Worker- Assistant Team Manager- Locality Team

The Assistant Team Manager in Adult Care is responsible for overseeing the provision of high-quality, legally compliant services to vulnerable adults. This role involves managing complex cases, ensuring adherence to the Care Act 2014 (S42), Mental Capacity Act 2005, and supervising the development of person-centred care plans.

Responsibilities include:

• Care Act assessments
• Report writing
• Providing high quality casework
• Comply with the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and other relevant legislation.
• Work on cases with increased complexity
• Determine an appropriate level of intervention and service provision

Requiremnts:

• Social Work England registration
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
