1.MAINPURPOSE

Thepost-holderwillberesponsiblefordeliveringassignedprojects,ensuringthatall project elements are being delivered safely to the agreed time, cost and quality.This includes responsibility for the planning and management works as well as managing stakeholders.

2.KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to delivering assigned projects to agreed high standards of H&S andadherencetosafeworkingpracticesinaccordancewithlegislation

Manageinternalandexternalstakeholders,buildingstrongrelationshipswithsub- contractors and preferred suppliers, including the development of plans and budgets.

Deliverprojectsthroughtocompletionontimeandwithinbudgetandtothesatisfaction ofallstakeholders,ensuringcosteffectivesolutionswhichmeetourquality expectationscanbedeliveredtoourclients.

Identify,reduceandmanageallrisksincludingtechnical,statutory,healthandsafety,

commercialor otherwise associatedwitheachproject.

Manageappropriatecommunicationwithkeypersonnel.

Provideleadershipandonthegroundprojectmanagementincludingsupportingand coachingforprojectactivitytooperationsteamsengagedwithprojects.Workingwith otheroperationalmanagerstoensurethecollaborativedeploymentoftheprojects.

LeadplantCapexinvestmentactivitythroughprojectfeasibilitystudiesandproposal

development.

Manage, motivate anddevelopa teamofthree projectengineers.

Shareandimplementbestpracticeengineeringandprocessimprovement solutions.

Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities and in delivering contractualcommitmentsonsecuredprojects.

3.COMPLEXITY OF THE JOB (i.e. The occupant manages vendorsfrom different geographical regions with various financial and legal conditions and the level and impact of decisions the occupant needs tomake,manages revenue, CAPEX,Sales, etc.)

TheoccupantmanagesprojectswithinChippenhamfacilitytoagreedH&S standards, budgets and timeframes. Development and management of project plans budgetsandprojectmanagementofvendors/contractors

Managesateamof projectengineersandinternal/externalstakeholders, vendors,

contractorswhereapplicable.

oEngineeringgraduate(B.TechorBE)-Essential

oProjectManagementDegree - Desirable

oLeanmanufacturing-Desirable

Language(s)andlevelofproficiency:EnglishFluent

Knowledge/Experience:

oPreviousexperience withanEngineering/Manufacturingbackground

oPrevious experience of delivering all levels of projects to completion on time,inbudgetandtothesatisfactionofallstakeholders

oIdentify, reduce and manage all risks(technical, statutoryH&S commercial andotherwise)associatedwitheachproject

oExperienceofdevelopingstrongrelationshipswithinternalstakeholders, vendorsandcontractorstoachievegoals

oExcellentanalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswithstrongoperational awareness
