Sales Support Executive

Here at PH Water and Air Technologies, were seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join our team based in Farnborough. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships and providing excellent customer service. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual looking to develop a career in sales and the water and air treatment industry. The role will primarily be based at our office in Farnborough.

What we offer:

Were looking to offer a salary between £25,000 - £30,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer financial loyalty bonuses, accrued hour schemes, and career advancement.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Following Up and Closing Down Opportunities: Proactively pursue leads, turning opportunities into success stories
• Quoting Renewals, Sample Failures, Risk Assessments, Dose ups, Disinfections: Navigate the intricacies of renewals and other designated enquiries precisely
• Tender Management: Lead in managing tenders to secure vital business opportunities
• Customer Engagement: Foster meaningful connections with our clients and meet their needs

Experience required for the role:

• You will be Phone Savvy: Comfortable and confident in communicating over the phone
• We will require you to be Computer Literacy: Navigate digital landscapes effortlessly
• We dont require you to have prior industry experience, training is provided
• Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential)
