Location: Eastleigh (SO50)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (with flexibility to work outside office hours when required)

Salary: £12.75 per hour

Start Date: Immediate (Temp to Perm)

Job Description

Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Stock Controller to join our clients dynamic team in Eastleigh (SO50).

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Accurately monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring that inventory is appropriately recorded, stored, and replenished.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify discrepancies and report any issues to management.
• Order Processing: Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring that all stock movements are recorded accurately.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries related to stock availability, order status, and product information, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and resolve any issues related to orders or inventory levels.
• Warehouse Support: Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including picking, packing, and organising stock.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all stock handling and storage practices adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service assistant/advisor role.
• Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is desirable.
• Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work outside standard hours when required to meet business needs.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly resolve stock-related issues and make informed decisions.
