JOB SUMMARY

As a Wellbeing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Wellbeing Assistant will include but not be limited to:

Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their time on wellbeing floor

Provide information about available services, treatments, and facilities.

Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations based on their preferences and needs.

Assist therapists in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.

Monitor and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms.
