• Gorgeous countryside members club (VIP guests)

• Top seasonal producewith ingredients of real British provenance

• Modern British cuisine up to 60 covers + functions

• Fantastic project & small team of chefs
• Salary around £40,000 per annum
• Late finishes by 10pm
• Fantastic Rota - 40 hours per week max

Based near Woking, we are looking for aJunior Sous Chefthat has an understanding of fresh produce, suppliers, can rotate in any sections and the pass, and someone that has a good reputable fine dining establishment is essential. You will be part of a strong team and be supportive with your Head Chef.
