The role
You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified with training and experience being a distinct advantage. As Assistant Spa Manager you will assist the Spa Manager in looking after our spa and leisure guests and help lead, motivate and support the team to ensure consistency in customer service.
As Assistant Spa Manager you will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent personal presentation, a good business acumen and sales awareness. The role is maternity cover for a 1 year fixed term starting ideally from October/November 2024.

The Guildford HarSpa is a multi floor gym with a large external membership base, studio, wet spa facilities with multiple pools including outdoor space. A total of 7 treatment rooms and mud rasul. The HarSpa is also open to Hotel guests and non-members and non-residents for treatments and spa days.
