What Youll Do:
- Accurately enter customer orders and review contracts to ensure all key elements are correct.
- Create precise, professional quotations, including any additional charges.
- Handle telephone orders and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Provide customers with technical information
- Coordinate with warehouse, production staff, and transport carriers to meet customer delivery expectations.
- Maintain records of customer orders, dispatch notes, and proof of deliveries.
- Excellent keyboard and PC skills.
- Strong telephone communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a similar environment is essential
- Someone reasonably local with transport due to rural location
- Prioritise tasks to meet customer order and delivery deadlines.
- Communicate effectively across different cultures and time zones.
